Job Title: Account Executive- Service

Job Description:
As an Account Executive, you will be performing business development and marketing activities, including planning and strategy for a specifically assigned market segment or geographic territory. You will research and develop client contact information to identify and prioritize potential customers. You will develop personal objectives and strategies in support of overall business unit goals and objectives. You prepare qualification statements and deliver formal marketing presentations to potential clients. The person we are looking for will develop new business with a strong focus on maintenance agreement sales.
Requirements
Experienced in selling HVAC service/maintenance contracts to commercial accounts.Ability to manage a territory and day-to-day tasks relating to the work assignments within that territory. Meet call expectations of a minimum of 20 per week. A call is defined as a visit to a potential client and not a telephone call. Maintain an activity calendar and activity log. Be open to coaching and learning a new sales process.
Qualifications and Experience
Three to five years experience in selling commercial HVAC and/or plumbing services to commercial property owners, commercial property managers, industrial facilities, and/or medical facilities. Strong experience in cold calling potential clients. Success in building a referral base for his/her business. Ability to work without direct supervision.Strong interpersonal skills.
