G. Royden Goodson III - President |
|
Royden joined the company in 1981 as a Purchasing Manager and also served as Vice President-Treasurer from 1985-1989 before becoming President. He is a graduate from the Virginia Polytechnic Institute with a B.S. in Civil Engineering and holds an M.B.A. from Dartmouth College. He is also a member of the Peninsula District Board for the Associated General Contractors. He sits on the Board of Directors for the Virginia Association of Contractors, and the Riverside Regional Medical Center Board.

James J. Jarman - Executive Vice President of Field Operations |
|
James attended the Plumbers and Pipefitters Apprentice School and has a Master Plumber’s License in Southside, Virginia. He joined the company in 1968 and assumed his current position in 1973, meaning he has been working at Warwick Plumbing and Heating longer than any other current employee. As the Executive Vice President of Field Operations, he is responsible for all field operations, including the Fabrication Division and Field Support Division which includes 300 men at a time.

Stephen D. Parker - Executive Vice President of Projects |
|
Stephen has been with the company since 1983 as a Project Manager and Engineer before becoming Executive Vice President in 2007. He holds a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Old Dominion University, and he has been certified as an Air and Hydronic Balancing Supervisor and an HVAC System Commissioning Administrator. He is responsible for the Directors of Project Management and their Project Managers. He is a former President of the Peninsula District in Virginia of the Association of General Contractors.

Milton A. (Skip) LeGault - Vice President of Field Operations |
|
Skip joined WPH in 1976 as Field Superintendent and served as the Southside Operations Superintendent from 1985 to 1998. He is now responsible for over 35 projects, 30 foremen and 250 men at any time. Notable projects include the Williamsburg Lodge, construction on the Northrop Grumman Newport News Pier 3, Sandler Center for Performing Arts, and the Christopher Newport University Student Center.

Wayne B. Evans - Chief Financial Officer |
|
Wayne is a graduate from Old Dominion University with a B.S. in Accounting, holds an M.B.A. from the College of William and Mary, and is a Certified Public Accountant. Before joining Warwick Plumbing and Heating in 2006, Wayne worked at Mitsubishi Chemical America, Inc. for 10 years. He served as Director of Finance and Accounting. He has brought twenty years of management experience to his position and is responsible for the Human Resources, Information Technology, and Accounting Divisions at Warwick Plumbing and Heating.
